Balancing Professionals offers affordable advisory and connecting services to help employers capitalize on workplace flexibility. Our Advisory Services (assessments, workshops, planning and implementation) help employers tackle the cultural and operational challenges of building a flexible workplace in order to optimize their people power. Our Connecting Services bring together employers and our unique pool of experienced part-time professionals (marketing, HR, sales, finance, project management, etc.) in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.

It will take a critical mass of progressive businesses to reach the tipping point of social change. We became a B Corporation because we wanted to be part of that critical mass that changes the way business is done!

Creating a truly flexible workplace isn’t just good for employees; it’s a strategic move that’s good for communities, the environment, and an employer’s bottom line. TRUE flexibility is about embracing win-win flexible work arrangements and career path options that meet the unique realities of your organization.
