About Culture Amp

Culture Amp helps make your company a better place to work. By making it easy to collect, understand and act on employee feedback, Culture Amp enable HR leaders to make better decisions, demonstrate impact, and turn company culture into a competitive edge.

Our mission is to enable more companies to put culture first by making the power of employee feedback accessible to everyone. We have stayed true to our goal of empowering organizations of all sizes to improve workplace culture, and we count amongst our customers other B-Corps like AirBnB, Etsy and Slack. Making the world a better place to work is the change we seek. But we know that culture is just part of the picture when it comes to being a responsible organization. We wanted to measure and optimise our own efforts with regard to the environment, customers, community and governance as well as culture.

Becoming a B Corp is also a great opportunity for us to publicly showcase and celebrate our values:

  • Have the courage to be vulnerable
  • Learn faster through feedback
  • Trust people to make decisions
  • Amplify others
What makes us a better company?
