About De Micheli Lanciani Motta Psicologi del Lavoro Associati

Fostering Profitable & Sustainable Business: a business generates value when it is profitable and sustainable for all its stakeholders, people, organization, community and environment.

Empowering Uniqueness: it is always people who generate value; they become an asset when they are enabled to fully express their own potential.

Making People Make the Difference: DLM shares the passion and taste for applied psychology, working with people for their well-being and professional success; DLM acts in a partnership oriented logic together with its clients, legal firms, SMEs, large companies; DLM consultants always start from their client's strategic goals and develop tailored and pragmatic consulting services for them.

As our mission is to Make people Make the Difference, becoming a B Corp was a natural step to take in this direction. Besides our direct engagement in generating value for our community and stake holder, we want to help our clients to do the same. That's why:

  • we are a sustainable supplier, making the value chain of our clients more sustainable as well;
  • we donate part of our income as well as pro bono work to non profits and charities;
  • we have developed a "high social impact methodology" that is combining most advanced coaching and training techniques with positive social impact

The Change We Seek®

DLM wants to make the difference in making business more profitable and sustainable, overcoming the dichotomy between profit generation and social value generation. For this purpose, DLM has developed their own methodology that combines action methods, project based learning and business psychology. All workshops for competency development and marketing projects provide a direct impact on a non profit charity partner. DLM's vision is to use CSR as a "corporate gymnasium" for leadership and competencies development.
