Emzingo is a global personal development design firm. Emzingo inspires responsible leadership, prepares individuals to address global challenges, and connects business to society through social impact projects.

Emzingo uses social impact projects and leadership development curriculum as vehicles to transform individuals. At the end of our programs, participants have enhanced business and entrepreneurial skills, a deep understanding of the social sector, and have become more reflective and self-aware.

Emzingo helps companies find success in the face of misaligned incentives, lack of employee engagement, negative workplace environments, and an unprecedented requirement for transparency. We design and facilitate life-changing leadership development programs, seminars, and workshops that expose and promote the leadership competencies the world requires now. Emzingo prepares leaders for the 21st century.

Emzingo and the B Corp movement have a clear alignment in terms of values. In addition to the philosophical alignment on how businesses should operate, there were three main drivers to join the B Corp community: Accountability to our team and stakeholders; Being part of the movement equals credibility; Encourage collaboration and mutual success.

People recognize the need for and want a different, better, kind of leadership. We are giving them access to experiences and like-minded people that want the same thing. To improve the world through better leadership.

At Emzingo, we’ve been working for the last five years in designing and facilitating personal development programs that provide the skillset, capabilities, and mindset these new leaders need. Over 220 people have joined one of our innovative award-winning programs. We work with companies and academic institutions to provide experiences that prepare them for the jobs of the future. In the process, we have helped 70+ of social organizations in U.S, South Africa, Brazil, Peru, and Spain.

Our goal is clear: to develop the mindset and skillset of people and organizations in order to solve some of the world’s most challenging problems.

The Customers section of the Assessment measures the impact a company has on its customers. The section focuses on whether a company sells products or services that promote public benefit, and if those products/services are targeted towards serving underserved populations. Questions in this section will measure whether a company's product or service is designed to solve a social or environmental issue (e.g. improves health, preserves environment or creates economic opportunity to individuals or communities, promotes the arts/sciences, or increases the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises).

The Community section of the survey assesses a company's impact on its community. The Community section evaluates a company's supplier relations, diversity, and involvement in the local community. The section also measures the company's practices and policies around community service and charitable giving. In addition, this section includes if a company's product or service is designed to solve a social issue, including access to basic services, health, education, economic opportunity, arts, and increasing the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises.
