About Falcon Waterfree Technologies

OUR MISSION

Falcon Waterfree Technologies is committed to changing the world by developing revolutionary, technology-driven restroom products that conserve our Earth’s precious fresh water supply and to use the power of our business and products to help solve local social and environmental problems.

CONSERVATION TECHNOLOGIES & LOCAL LEADERSHIP

Did you know that as much as 5 percent of our supply of fresh water is used to carry away urine? For over ten years, Falcon Waterfree Technologies has been dedicated to developing revolutionary, high performance water conservation technology; saving over 20 billion gallons of water and counting. Since waterfree urinal technololgy was invented we have undergone many product evolutions and take pride in understanding how to truly innovate and create water conservation solutions that do not sacrifice product functionality. As our products have evolved and environmental pressures such as drought have occurred, acceptance and interest in our Waterfree and Hybrid urinal technologies has grown exponentially. As part of our commitment to our local Los Angeles and California community, we have been extremely active in raising awareness about the current drought that has left the State of California in a State of Emergency. By working with local non-profits, dedicating our time to teaching and lecturing about water conservation, and offering completely free restroom audits and water district rebate processing we are helping California businesses collectively save millions of gallons of water annually.

BETTER FOR YOUR BOTTOM LINE

As the world's leadership has adopted a greater sense of urgency about finding solutions for a future where fresh water is less available and certainly becoming more costly, our products offer help in both reducing water and the costs associated with water and sewage.

On average each Falcon Waterfree urinal saves up to 40,000 gallons (151,000 liters) or more of fresh water per year. Since the system is waterless, no energy is used to source, transport, or treat this water, nor do the Falcon Waterfree urinals produce carbon dioxide emissions as a byproduct of its treatment. Finally, by reducing total load on treatment plants, our waterless urinal system can reduce the need for costly water treatment capacity and reduce the incidence of overflow events at treatment facilities.

HYGIENIC TECHNOLOGY

Our touch-free Falcon Waterfree system uses no energy and has no moving parts that can break down. End users save water and sewer costs, reduce electricity usage and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions while improving hygiene. Falcon Waterfree urinals are odorless and research has demonstrated that the Falcon urinal has five times less bacteria than the average flush or low flush urinal and is virtually maintenance free except for a normal spray cleaning by the janitorial staff.

OUR PARTNERS WORLDWIDE

Our Waterfree and Hybrid Urinal Technology is available worldwide through the Falcon brand as well as select regional partner brands such as Ideal Standard in the UK, Sloan Valve Company in the United States and Corona in South America. “Falcon Waterfree Technologies was founded on the principle of ecological conservation.  Becoming a B Corp shows that Falcon has taken these founding principles and embedded them across the board in our business’s operational and general daily practices.  B Corp status will unite us with other like-minded companies with the same ethical vision to help improve the world in which we live,” -  Simon A. Davis, President & CEO of Falcon Waterfree Technologies

The Change We Seek®

Falcon Waterfree Technologies is continually striving to be the world’s best-in-class innovator of water-responsible, commercial restrooms solutions.  As a world leader for over ten years, Falcon believes that it is crucial to lead the pack and establish a sustainability mindset within the plumbing and restroom fixture industry.  This must extend beyond the engrained conservation principles of Falcon’s products.  While Falcon products save water, greenhouse gas emissions and energy; it is also crucial that daily operational practices and processes should exercise the same environmentally friendly principles as the products that are produced.  Therefore, Falcon is continually looking to innovate and elevate current product offerings to meet customer and ecological demands, reevaluating the operational practices of supplier companies and investigating and identifying opportunities for improvement within their own company.

Sustainability is a roadmap with no final destination, as there is always room for improvement and bettering.  Whether it is investment in local communities, the promotion of environmental conservation, the investigation into limiting product footprint, or supplying employees with an opportunity for growth and learning within a supportive work environment, Falcon is continually identifying opportunities and pressing forward with the vision of creating the most user and earth friendly restroom solution.
