The values advanced by B Lab and B Corporations are ones that are important to us and also to our stakeholders. By becoming a B Corporation, we are better able to broadcast our commitment to those values and hopefully set an example of social and environmental responsibility in our community.

The Change We Seek®

  • To change the lawyer – client interaction from a task/transaction orientation to a long-term relationship based on shared values and goals.
  • To enable clients to establish successful mutually beneficial long-term relationships with their stakeholders, e.g. employees, investors, suppliers, customers.
  • To work with B Lab and Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility to establish benefit corporations as an alternative legal structure in Vermont by the introduction and passage of S.263.
What makes us a better company?
