We believe that aligning our business with a greater good IS good business. Since the founding of our firm in 1976, we have established a tradition of excellence as trusted legal advisors.  As part of this tradition, we embrace new methods, technologies, and perspectives.  As a leader in the Colorado legal industry, we believe we have a responsibility to be on the front line of new business practices, and we believe that we should adopt practices that can positively impact our community.  The B Corporation model allows us to communicate to our community our commitment to these business practices.   We gladly undertook the B Corporation certification process to ensure our firm’s operations, management practices, and governance were at the highest levels and to place us in the best position possible to effect change to benefit our community, our environment, our stakeholders and our clients.

The Change We Seek®

Moye White would like to redefine success in business.  The firm’s steadfast commitment to community, the environment, and the highest levels of ethical legal practice has long been its tradition and standard.

While it is a private enterprise and, as such, has an obligation to its equity owners, Moye White believes it is also the owners’ responsibility to use their business as a force for good.  And that means challenging itself to weigh considerations other than pure profit when making decisions.

Moye White believes that making money and making a difference are not mutually exclusive and that serving its stakeholders and serving society go hand-in-hand.  The firm believes in associating itself with like-minded businesses and, in order to attain the change one seeks, one has to lead by example and be an advocate for change.
