About Nativa

Nativa is a Re-Design Company. We foster the Evolution of business and society, so that they create a positive impact on people and planet, thus growing Happiness.

Nativa is a Founding Benefit Corporation™ in Europe, it is an innovation hub of The Natural Step global network, and it runs The Natural Step business advisory operations.

Nativa, on the one hand helps companies incorporate social and environmental sustainability into their DNA and strategy, improve their business results, and create authentic economic value; on the other hand, it develops new BENEFIT UNITS that ‘by design’ regenerate humans and the biosphere. Nativa Architecture, Nativa Automation and Croqqer Italia are rocking Units of Nativa.

Nativa is official partner of B Lab for the diffusion of B Corps in Italy. Nativa leads Evolution Beyond Growth.

We have not become a B Corp, we have designed Nativa as such. Nativa’s purpose is a paradigm shift in our economic system, so that by design human activities and businesses, value people’s happiness, and regenerate society and the biosphere. What else makes sense?

The Change We Seek™

Nativa embodies and pursues an Evolution in our culture, so that human activities grow what people really want, to satisfy fundamental human needs.

What makes us a better company?
