About Terra Genesis International, LLC

Terra Genesis International works with companies in a way that they didn't realize they needed. At the source of what TGI does are the Principles of Regeneration that guide the team to work in a way that aims at capacity building for all stakeholders, not just finite deliverables.

The TGI team grew out of the ecological agriculture field and realized that systemic change in agriculture was more likely to come through supply systems rather than through the development of individual farmers. It was this thinking that has guided the company to now work with some of the top natural products companies to help transform the way they do business and specifically to understand their relationship to their supply in a whole new way.

The process of engaging with supply in a way that uplifts the whole leads the system to strengthen in ways that, among other things, sequesters more carbon into our soils, strengthens our communities, reconnects consumers to the source of their products, and empowers farmers to innovate.

Agriculture is the bridge between humans and nature. If we honor it the way it could be, we'll build a planet of abundance, beauty, and health.

We chose become a B Corp after a number of our clients told of us the benefits that belonging to the B Corp community brings. Joining our sincere efforts to bring about planetary regeneration with other socially and environmentally motivated organizations only strengthens our resolve and builds new partnerships toward that brighter future.

In addition to that, being a B Corp pushes us to make sure that we are working toward improving each aspect of the way we do business. This only emboldens us more in our work to build the capacity in our clients to see better pathways forward.

The Change We Seek®

Terra Genesis International has set the humble goal of complete planetary regeneration. This is possible in this lifetime and TGI is committed to doing all they can to bring that about. They work through a developmental process with clients that has them re-image their business and how it operates in the world, specifically in regards to supply networks and biological ingredients.

Regenerative Agriculture holds the highest potential of any "solutions" to the world's current problems. It creates a win-win-win for people, business, and the planet. When soil is built, acre by acre, carbon is sequestered in large amounts, farmers increase their ability to provide more than enough for their families, communities build resiliency against the tumultuous times, crops have greater nutrient density, and biological systems flourish. Our agro-systems provide us with a very exciting and activating way to bring about the world we want to see. Terra Genesis International is doing all they can to coalesce the energies of the natural products industry to engage with this potential in a very meaningful way.

Terra Genesis International is also a founding member of the Regenerative Business Alliance, which puts on the Regenerative Business Summit each year, with the aim of bringing business leaders together to support each other in partnerships toward approaching business with a new paradigm.
