About The Restorative Leadership Institute

RLI cultivates leadership and enterprise that fulfills humanity’s potential to thrive in balance with all life.  We support purpose-driven organizations and planet-minded leadership with envisioning and implementing extraordinary possibilities. Through strategic consulting and participatory education, we build global capacity to translate inspired vision to sustainable reality.

We became a B Corp because we believe that the major crises of our time are a result of the way we conduct business; as a B Corp we are able to be the change while supporting the movement.

The Change We Seek®

Restorative leadership is an approach that helps us remember what we have forgotten, drawing on the best of 3.8 billion years of evolution and bringing out the best of diverse humanity to answer the great question of this age: how can we meet the needs of 10 billion in a sustainable, equitable, and harmonious way?

What makes us a better company?
