About The Restorative Leadership Institute

The Restorative Leadership Institute is an educational organization dedicated to empowering leadership that fulfills humanity’s potential for elevating the quality of life on Earth.

We became a B Corp because we believe that the major crises of our time are a result of the way we conduct business; as a B Corp we’re a part of the solution.

Going beyond transformative to restorative, the Restorative Leadership Institute offers training and development for purpose-driven organizations and conscious leaders. They support today’s visionaries with envisioning and implementing the best of what’s possible through: coaching, strategic consulting and leadership development.

The Change We Seek®

At RLI, they believe that the choices we make as leaders and the actions (and inactions) we take as organizations shape our communities and impact our world.

They are committed to co-creating a sustainable, just, bountiful and joyful world, consciously evolving their leadership practices for the benefit of all.

What makes us a better company?
