About Vital Consult

Vital Consult is committed to corporate responsibility and sustainability, maintaining high standards of honest and ethical business practices at all times.

Vital Consult is focussed on aligning its services with businesses that have a social and environmental conscience and specialises in executive business mentoring, change management, business strategy and planning and building strong and sustainable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforces.

With over 10 years experience working with government, SMEs, large companies and not-for-profit organisations at both a strategic and operational level, Vital Consult can work with you throughout a business’s life cycle, whether your business needs help to develop, stabilise, sustain or grow.

Vital Consult always, and always will, strive to be a leader in setting high standards for social and environmental performance. So when B Corp approached us to ask if we would consider becoming a 'B Certified Corporation' it didn't take much investigation to see that our values were very much in line with what being a 'B Corporation' was all about!

The Change We Seek®

Vital Consult’s Managing Director is determined to see the business world be the leader in creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the benefit of both humanity and the environment. It is therefore passionate about working with businesses that want to strive for leadership within either the social or environmental space.

It could be that a business wants to engage Aboriginal people through training and employment, recognising the benefits of developing a diverse workforce, but doesn’t know how. Perhaps a business wants to develop a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to give back through profit sharing or corporate volunteering. Is your business interested in streamlining its processes or growing new market opportunities that could potentially support its local community? Vital Consult would be able to work at both a corporate and/or operational level to assist in achieving their goals.

What makes us a better company?
