Criterion Ventures launches ventures that create a better world. They provide consulting services to large nonprofits, foundations, individuals or take equity positions in their own social ventures. They have invested over the years in their core asset-a network of relationships-built not around a set of services, but rather through conversations about possibilities, trust, and shared vision. They have both a reservoir of social capital among the leaders in the social change world and well-honed practices for connecting with them.

As a leader and innovator in the social change space, Criterion Ventures supports the meaningful accreditation of beneficial business practices. One of the ways we connect the work we're doing with larger movements in social change is through our status as a Certified B Corporation. Relationships drive our work forward, and networking is a key way in which resources and ideas converge.
