The Law Office of Lara Pearson, Ltd. ("LOLP") is an environmentally and socially conscious intellectual property law firm located on the Northeast shore of Lake Tahoe. LOLP focuses exclusively on intellectual property (IP) law, handling issues involving trademarks, copyrights and rights of publicity and privacy. Specifically, we handle IP registration, transfers, dispute resolution and litigation. We primarily serve three communities - the LOHAS community (those living Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability), the Tahoe regional community, and the live music community.
