Parable Finishes & Millwork is committed to producing top quality, competitively priced eco-friendly painting services through innovation and insight. They are dedicated to pursuing robust triple bottom line solutions that clarify and strengthen a healthy and dynamic balance between environmental, social and economic prosperity. Parable Finishes & Millwork's primary local material supplier, Ethos, provides the highest quality non-toxic paints and wall coverings.

We became a B Corporation as we saw the tremendous potential to be part of community whose purpose for being in business was to effect change for the greater good of the community as well as the environment.

Parable Finishes & Millwork provides for all aspects of home care including: Interior and Exterior Painting, Restoration Painting, Wallpaper (hanging and removal), Plastering, including American Clay, Crown Molding and Trim, Custom Millwork, Sustainable Floor Installation and Refinishing, Restoration, Staining, Water-sealing, Power Washing

Parable Painting's mission starts with our name: As you may know the word "parable" simply means a story. We are excited about the story we have to tell...Parable Painting subscribes to a Triple Bottom Line philosophy or People, Planet, Profit, which means we are not in business just to earn a profit or to enhance our "bottom line". We also take into serious consideration the health of our global environment, the indoor air quality of your home or place of work, our craftsmen, and others in the world that have less.

We use Mythic Paint because it matches the quality look of other premium paints but it does not include any VOCs or carcinogens. This makes your home environment healthier and provides the environment protection as well. Best of all, the cost to you is about the same. We also pledge to use recycled materials whenever possible, and continue to make our company work for you, and the world around us.
