The Employees section of the B Impact Assessment assesses the impact of the company’s actions on its workforce. Subsections that are assessed in this category include: Compensation & Benefits, Employee Ownership, and Work Environment, including communications, training & education, and job flexibility/corporate culture.

The questions and weightings of each section vary depending on the size and sector of the company.
