Overview:

Cardinal Resources LLC is seeking a mid-level civil or geotechnical engineer who has a strong technical base and is interested in expanding their expertise and knowledge into the areas of green infrastructure, sustainable water and wastewater treatment, and the next wave in sustainability. Landfill design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will:

• Work with geologists and engineers to implement innovative engineering solutions for green infrastructure, environmental remediation, industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment, and sustainability projects
• Provide engineering support to an existing flyash landfill project
• Be responsible for design, drafting, and engineering analysis
• Contribute to proposals and reports
• Travel for project work, including to international locations

Requirements:

• BS in either civil or geotechnical engineering
• Five or more years of related experience< br/> • Registration as a professional engineer in PA (or able to register in PA through comity)
• Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering concepts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Well organized and detailed oriented
• Fluent in AutoCAD
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
