About Integral Impact

Integral Impact Inc is a group of green building professionals, energy consultants and sustainability scientists focused on integrating beauty, function, ecology and economy into business and built environments. We specialize in physics-based Zero Net Energy strategies and permaculture-based regenerative strategies that systematically optimize buildings’ interactions with their environments and occupants.

Integral Impact wants to ensure our activities as an organization are carried out with acknowledgment and protection of the social, environmental, and economic resources upon which our continued success as a company is based. Becoming a B Corp was a way to solidify our commitment, make it public and legal, and set an example to other organizations in our community.

Integral Impact offers sustainable design assistance to building professionals and property owners, from pre-design through final certification, for residential, commercial and public buildings. We offer full LEED/GPR Project Adminstration services as well as targeted support, just where you need it. In a world of increasing complexity, we strive to make green building simple and accessible, tailoring our services to the needs of each client and project team. Our goal is to support the creation of fact and science-based environments that are perceived as poetic expression. Much in the same way a political or social idea can be couched within the context of beautifully written story or poem, through well-designed carbon neutral and regenerative buildings, we can affect profound social change in human culture by transforming perceptions of what sustainability costs, looks and feels like.
