Joule, LLC

About Joule

Joule, a Louisiana owned and operated company, was founded on the principle that investing in renewable energy can be as beneficial to the bottom line as it is to the environment. Their experienced team has collectively installed over 1.4 megawatts of solar electric systems across the Southeast. By working with the region’s top architects and builders they are proving that solar can be seamlessly integrated into today’s buildings while simultaneously creating real financial value. They also actively promote the adoption of renewable energy at both the state and federal level, helping to position this country as a global leader in both energy and technology

We became a B Corporation to promote the fact that businesses can be powerful drivers of positive change in society.

The Change We Seek®

Joule is a purpose-driven company that values people, the environment and profit. We believe that success cannot be measured merely by bottom line growth, but that the happiness of an organization’s people and customers, as well as its environmental impact, are equally important metrics of success. Joule helps people and businesses increase the value of their homes and buildings, dramatically lower their utility bills and positively impact the environment by installing high quality solar energy systems. We are proud to know that our work encourages environmental awareness, furthers development in renewable energy and helps to bring us collectively one step closer to energy independence.
