About JustNeem
JustNeem provides high-quality body care products. The Neem tree, native to India, has been used in skin care for centuries and is known for its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties. All our soaps, bath salts, and shaving soaps are made with the finest cosmetic grade raw materials and contain Neem and other natural ingredients that help sustain and help heal the skin. All products are handmade in small batches and wrapped and labeled individually.
The values advanced by B Lab and B Corporations are ones that are important to us and also to our stakeholders. By becoming a B Corporation, we are better able to broadcast our commitment to those values and hopefully set an example of social and environmental responsibility in our community.
JustNeem is committed to sharing the benefits of Neem with West Africa. We purchase all our Neem raw material from Mauritania, West Africa, using existing Neem trees and paying a fair market price for labor and goods. This helps create jobs and generates income for families living with few resources. Our goal is to keep your skin healthy while at the same time improve the lives of people in West Africa.

We believe that all human beings have the right to support themselves and their families through work.
• We are partnering with like-minded NGOs (non-governmental organizations) that work with villagers in Mauritania, West Africa, to discover local resources and to establish economic opportunities for the local people. One of these resources, the Neem tree, can be used to generate income for families simply by planting the tree and selling its leaves and fruit. It has the additional benefit of giving shade in a hot desert climate and offering its medicinal benefits to the tree owner’s family. In collaboration with local NGOs, we help create jobs centered around this tree. With proceeds from our soap sales, we fund the planting of Neem trees in neighborhoods surrounding Nouakchott.
