Luftman, Heck & Associates (founded 2003) is a community law firm which helps individuals and families find solutions to complex and personal circumstances. They focus their practice on helping people with both criminal and traffic defense matters and consumer finance law. When times are most tough, Luftman, Heck & Associates provides guidance and peace of mind.
We became a B Corp for the opportunity to continue learning new ways in which we can expand our social and environmental impact through networking with other like-minded (and better) companies.
The majority of legal services the firm provides are developed specifically to benefit individuals and families who are economically less fortunate, in need and are either underserved or not served at all by legal professionals. More than two thirds of Luftman, Heck & Associates' clientele is made up of individuals from low-income or insolvent households. The law firm takes pride in the ability to help people in struggling communities get back on their feet after financial hardships have knocked them down.
Unscrupulous business practices during the first decade of this century have been very difficult on the average family. The variations of mortgage deception and fraud, debt collection practices and countless breeds of companies exploiting individuals harmed by these practices prompted Luftman, Heck & Associates to take a full-on aggressive approach to protect these threatened communities. Luftman, Heck & Associates has been one of very few firms to stand up for those who have lost money to illegally operating and unlicensed financial corporations working in the states of Ohio and California.
The Change We Seek®
Luftman, Heck & Associates believes that the community deserves quality representation and support, regardless of an economically challenging environment. They seek to help individuals in low-income households rise above the hard times in their lives and create a powerful new beginning. The firm passionately strives to positively impact their neighbors and the communities served through effecting social changes for the betterment of all, while being attentive stewards of the environment in which they live and work.
