Manzimvula™ was founded in 1998 by Warren Te Brugge as a Management Consulting firm providing services to organizations in Canada and the United States with operations in foreign markets. Although the focus was initially in North America, the projects Manzimvula engaged in spanned the globe from North America to Europe, Asia and Oceania. Warren found his talent for helping others excel had significantly positive impacts on his clients’ growth.
We believe that our words need to be matched by our actions. We want to support our clients and the people we collaborate with by taking actions that support what we do working with our clients and their organizational communities. We truly want to live our purpose and guiding principles. Being a B Corp is important to us as one of the steps we take in achieving that.
The company places enormous value on their relationships with clients. Their client's trust is fundamental to developing their key strategies. At Manzimvula™ they collaborate with clients first as individuals then with the organization at large, enabling them to build strong and sustainable foundations. Their support helps them to capitalize on their uniqueness, strengths and unseen opportunities to create a culture of success.
While they now serve clients from multiple countries, their own expertise originates in South Africa where their understanding of human nature and drive was formatively shaped. Just as the Guiding Principles are the roots that ground the Manzimvula™ brand, the first letters of the six words representing the ACACIA tree (Acacia sieberiana) parallel those same rooted strengths, life-giving attributes and African heritage. Their guiding principles are: Altruistic - Connectedness - Aspiring - Caring - Innovative - Acceptance.
