The Change We Seek®

We want to change the way people live. For more than 50 years we have been moving away from each other and sprawling across suburban tracts. Now the direction is shifting and people - both seniors and people in their 20s and 30s are seeking smaller and better homes in walkable communities. We aim to be the platform that brings this new way of creating housing to our existing communities.
