About Needo

Needo is a consulting company that focuses on sustainability through communication and education. Needo provides advice and training in digital and corporate communication, CSR, education, hospitality, home‑business integration, and social and environmental innovation. Needo serves businesses, nonprofit organizations, media, schools, universities, families and communities, and helps to implement the core principles of sustainability in personal and professional settings. Needo calls to "live in harmony with oneself, with others and with the planet."

Needo was founded with the conviction that individuals, households and organizations that enhance individual development for the common good, who consider the economic, social and environment impacts of each decision, could change the world. Therefore, they immediately connected with the B Corporation vision and mission.;

We like to co‑create and collaborate and see becoming a B Corporation as a great opportunity to create value with others in the B Corp community.

We also understand that "what is not measured, is not improved," so we took the challenge of being a B Corporation to ensure our policies and practices are routinely evaluated.

The Change We Seek®

Needo seeks to help present and future generations live in a more humane, sustainable and united world. Needo wants to make core values such as: austerity, empathy, respect, caring, generosity, openness, cooperation, and meeting, increasingly the rule rather than the exception in the family, workplace, and society.

What makes us a better company?
