As a B Corp and a California Benefit Corporation, Exponent Partners has worked exclusively with the social sector for over 10 years. Their mission is to help nonprofits use data to understand how they can be more effective and improve their programs and services. The systems they develop make staff more effective across all types of organizations from local nonprofits to enterprise-scale international NGOs. Their solutions range from simple tracking systems to complex performance and outcomes management technology.

Since our inception in 2005, the objective of our company has been to create a positive social impact by empowering the nonprofit sector with the technical tools they need to reach their goals. We also strive to create a positive, healthy, balanced, and rewarding work environment for our employees. Being a B Corp and a California Benefit Corporation enables us to continuously improve our impact on our community and the planet. It has also allowed us to engage with organizations who share, both in theory and in practice, our commitment to a more equal, vibrant, responsible, and just society.

The Change We Seek®

Exponent Partners envisions a world where social change organizations maintain a powerful voice in the dialogue with commerce and government. They want the organizations that help them educate their children, nurture their communities, protect their planet, and safeguard their human rights to have access to the best possible software products, services, and knowledge to help them make the world a better place.
