About Vivid CD Pty Ltd

Vivid are a Recruiting firm in Melbourne, operating with national reach & providing simple recruitment technology, education, consulting & staff. With complete open books, they work with 'culture first', values led organisations.

Having been exposed to some small B Corp businesses and people, I realised my company ethos and aspirations were very closely aligned. I pursued B Corp certification for Vivid to align myself with more like-minded and purposeful people, with similar views of achieving 'wider good' in all facets of our daily lives and businesses.

Vivid's new products and business (GlassyAnt) are being created to disrupt the global industry and provide accessibility to small and regional businesses when seeking staff. We provide hands-on contractor sourcing and management to larger companies in Australia, but focus mainly on permanent recruitment, affordable 'partial' consulting and education to SMEs and start-ups on an international level. With people spending some 92k+ hours at work on average across their lifetime, I'm passionate about the power of effective, cultural hiring as a huge influence for flow-on social impact.

Vivid is heavily involved in research and innovation in the field of Recruitment and have developed our tools business ( to help smaller companies assess their 'time vs cost and risk' for free when recruiting themselves. Our mission is to highlight the social importance and impact of communication driven, professional recruitment processes and raise the standard of the industry from 'overly commercial' to 'essential'.

We donate a straight 5% of all GlassyAnt sales revenue to an Australian anti cyber-bullying initiative and our charity partner - 'Dolly's Dream'.

What makes us a better company?
