Practical Energy Solutions was founded to assist facility owners and utility rate payers in reducing their energy bills by an average of 15% - 20% with no capital investment, and no up front costs. Our fees are a specified percentage of the savings that we help you generate, and these savings are not estimated or projected, they are real and measured savings.

Practical Energy Solutions seeks to reduce the environmental footprint and operating costs of our clients and to help them conserve irreplaceable resources used to generate energy.
• Using advanced monitoring and data collection techniques along with proprietary software, Practical Energy Solutions generates a "Building Energy Use Report Card" which provides a detailed assessment of your building's current performance from an energy efficiency standpoint. This report card provides a performance rating based on standard benchmarks such as EPA Energy Star ratings, and will tell you how your building compares to similarly used facilities. We use this information to assist you in matching up your energy usage to your actual building use, to optimize the performance of all of your building systems.
• Paul Spiegel (Principal) has also obtained his LEED Accreditation from the USGBC. Paul helps us serve schools and office buildings with LEED status and also for obtaining LEED for existing building certification.
