• Rimon's participation in its communities involves providing free services to non-profits, serving low-income and other communities that are underrepresented in the business world, advancing clean technology initiatives and donating 10% of the company's profits to charitable organizations.
• Rimon leverages technology to reduce carbon emissions resulting from commuting and travel. The company is a nearly paperless law firm, using secure digital file management whenever possible. Each year, its carbon emissions are audited by independent consultants and it purchases carbon credits from the non-profit Bonneville Environmental Foundation to offset all its emissions resulting from paper and energy usage, as well as its transportation and commuting.
• Rimon is proud to be a certified B Corporation and its Incline Village attorney's office is certified under the Keep the Sierra Green program.
