About Squag

Squag is an online social platform specifically designed for kids 8-18 anywhere on the autism spectrum. Their mission is to offer a curated and innovative space that promotes mindfulness, self-reflection and original thinking while offering the user a new way to engage with technology that promotes regulation rather than self-stimulatory behavior. They offer a new and exciting way to help parents to connect with their kids, and to help kids safely connect with each other based on common interests and shared experiences.

We became a B Corp to be part of a business culture that doesn’t just have good intentions, but upholds a standard of daily practices that impacts us all. We’re excited to be a part of this innovative initiative that holds us all accountable to drive change quickly, serve our families efficiently, and benefit the organizations who’s work we believe in.

The Change We Seek®

Squag is committed to creating social, recreational and creative opportunity for kids on the autism spectrum and their families. The Squag Team is made up of family members of kids on the spectrum who know from experience that these kids, given an opportunity to translate their experience, can end stigma and redefine the way the world sees autism. Squag seeks to drive change from the inside out by creating a community of kids that are safe to be themselves, and are inspired to build confidence with the idea of friendship to take with them wherever they go.
