About Strategy Arts

Strategy Arts provides consulting services to businesses and non profits that engage leadership teams together with their organizations and stakeholders in planning activities. The company takes a process approach, providing services that combine the human and analytic sides of planning to produce focused alignment and ownership across an organization.

We believe that real change is possible when stakeholders find a common ground that they can all support. By being a B Corporation we prove our commitment to the principles we are helping our clients adopt and serve as an example that by being responsible corporate citizens we can be both profitable and do our part in the serious work of putting the world on a more sustainable footing every day.

Strategy Arts set out to create a product that integrated the analytic and human element of management via a group process that engages leadership teams and their organizations. A planning process that was approachable helped our team do it themselves, but challenged them in their thinking, kept them moving from planning through to execution, helped them engage their organizations as more effective leaders, and gave them access to outside expertise when they needed it.

The Change We Seek®

Strategy Arts seeks to make its clients more successful, their work more enjoyable, and their impact on the world more sustainable by connecting leadership teams with their internal and external stakeholders. The company does this by leveraging outstanding process facilitation, business expertise, and a strong sense of environmental and social responsibility.

• Stakeholder meetings are often the most challenging and important meetings organizations have to run. Input, agreement, and support from diverse groups of stakeholders is often the life blood of an organization. Strategy Arts' facilitated approach to stakeholder meetings gives all participant groups the opportunity to contribute to planning the meeting, assures relevant, engaging, and goal oriented agenda sessions, and leaves both the organization and participating stakeholders with memorable and recognizable results from the meeting.

• The company's sustainability program enables leaders to determine how to approach their sustainability efforts with confidence. Strategy Arts use the internationally recognized Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to both establish baseline measures of impact and set up ongoing measures for continuous improvement. The company guides the research into industry specific areas to bring practical information into the decision-making process.
