About The Hub
The Hub helps organizations be more productive by providing over 40,000 square feet of world-class meeting space in Philadelphia at three locations. The Hub provides all of the services, technology, food, and beverages for meetings and events from 2-400 persons. The Hub Cira Centre received the LEED-Silver award from the U.S. Green Building Council in April 2007, making it the first privately-owned, LEED certified meeting and event center in the world.
We became a Founding B Corporation because we believe in what the B Corporation movement is doing, and we seek to unite with other leaders to effect change.
Due to the decreasing amount of space made available by larger companies for meetings, as well as the surge of small business growth in the U.S., people increasingly need professional places to meet. The challenge is that not many places can accommodate these people, given their time, cost, and capability requirements. The problem is that meetings still matter even though the needs of people who meet continue to go unrecognized. The Hub concept was born from these surging needs, and the founders are meeting them head on, delivering productive, value-enhancing meeting solutions for all customers.

• # The Hub offers the only privately-held LEED Silver Rated Meeting and Event Facility in the U.S. The Hub is 100% wind powered, significantly reducing carbon emissions. Our design team worked extra hard to ensure heating, cooling, lighting, hot water, and air flow systems work together in a highly energy efficient & cost effective way. We selected more than 80% EPA Energy Star-rated office and kitchen equipment, reducing our overall energy requirements.
• The Hub’s Productive Meeting Concept leverages support, location, amenities, staff, and educational resources to ensure meetings start on time, finish on time, focus on key issues, and support the participants so that they remain productive before, during, and after the meeting. Sound proof rooms allow you to have private meetings or calls. Free wireless allows you to check email at convenient breaks and remain connected with your business, and our Business Center allows you to send and receive faxes. All of these features assist you in having the most productive meeting you will ever have.
