Tyze is a social mission business focused on creating pathways for people to care, connect, and contribute. They provide secure, online personal networks of support that strengthen relationships and address isolation. Their primary beneficiaries are people undergoing treatment for critical illness, seniors, and people with disabilities, as well as the home health care, government, and caregiving agencies that provide support for them.

Tyze is pioneering a progressive model for facilitating care, as well as a unique business approach that blends corporate and social values.

Tyze was created by the PLAN Institute for Caring Citizenship, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities, their families, and their communities. PLAN's 20 years of experience building real-life personal networks has shown, time and again, that people who are supported by a caring network have better health, employment, and education outcomes and require less medical care and social services support. Tyze carries on this legacy by creating online personal networks that enable groups of caregivers, friends, and family to organize, share, and contribute within a circle of support.

Tyze is currently deployed in three countries, working with organizations that recognize the need to use new tools to bridge formal and informal systems of care. They also partner on structured research projects as a respected thought leader in the use of personal networks for improved health and wellbeing outcomes.
