Workplace Dynamics specializes in mining people data, building tailored software packages, and delivering people metrics in order for their clients to retain and motivate their employees. Employee-focused and 100% employee-owned, Workplace Dynamics works with FTSE100 companies, Fortune 500 companies, partnerships, multi-nationals, private equity as well as smaller private companies.

Workplace Dynamics initially wasn't interested in becoming a B Corporation because it seemed too much of a distraction for a new company, but in going through the Survey we realized that each element of it represented a vision of our own philosophy and made it worthwhile to incorporate B Corp principles into the very beginning of our business. We chose to do something that wasn't just about creating wealth; it's also about creating something with a more valuable impact.
