About AguiaLabs

AguiaLabs' contributes to the resolution of complex human, economic, and societal challenges by helping organizations build innovative business models that generate both sustainable economic value and social impact. They believe that such ventures need to be inclusive and thus co-developped by all stakeholders.

Organized as a networked consultancy with global reach, AguiaLabs' role is to drive the processes that enables people to envision, design, prototype, engage, build and scale the solutions together. From employment to health, from social inclusion to alternative finance, from education to social entrepreneurs, their interventions address diverse themes, scales and geographies. At the heart of their philosophy, is the conviction that different people with diverse point of views can find solutions to complex challenges when given the right space and discussion format. AguiaLabs is about about making this happen.

An increasing number of organizations understand that those who don’t generate social, environmental and economic impact will disappear. Beyond business innovation, this requires a change in mindsets and in the way we work together. Such transformation can only be achieved by courageously embracing alternative approaches, pedagogy, metrics, and like all B Corps, by being the change we want to see happen in the world. Thus we wanted Aguialabs to become a Certified B Corporation to join a community of changemakers who incarnate and promote this mindset, to challenge our practices with those who share convergent values and beliefs, and to contribute to build the momentum toward broader positive impact.

The Change We Seek®

Through their actions, they seek three levels of change : the multiplication of systemic innovations that address unserved needs and build social inclusion, a better allocation and sharing of wealth and resources, and a change in mindsets towards a renewed responsible conscience, leading to new ways of interacting and working together in our society.
