About Highland Group

Highland Group provides marketing services to companies in high-growth and transformational modes.

What is the WeAreHG approach? Captivate by design. Infuse every initiative with strategy, creativity and technology. Nurture enduring partnerships with clients. When needed, serve as the client’s extended marketing team.

Highland Group capabilities cover the marketing spectrum, from advertising to promotions to communications. The company provides business and strategic marketing planning, conceptual design, graphic design, art direction, content development, web design and development, app development, digital strategy and project management.

We became a B Corp because it was time to make a public declaration of our intention: to do the hard work of creating a fulfilling work experience that allows team members to tackle big professional challenges without sacrificing deeply personal living and active community involvement. And to demonstrate that one can be a small company and still have a positive impact on social justice — starting in our own backyard.

The Change We Seek®

Highland Group supports policies that promote trust and transparency, inspires others to be their best selves, and engages in community service that advocates for access to resources, connections and knowledge for all.

The change Highland Group seeks is a world where all stakeholders — clients, team members and community — are able to cultivate fulfilling experiences that embrace the messy, joyful and complex integration of challenging professional accomplishment, deeply personal living and active community involvement.

What makes us a better company?
