About Jia-Wei Co., CPAs

JW Accountants is a Taiwan based accounting firm with a long history. The company was founded in 1986 by president Chang Wei-Chen. Alfa has since grown into an accounting firm with 200 professionals located in major cities of Taiwan.

JW asked their customers why they chose JW as their accounting firm. More than 90% of their customers answered “Trust." From start-up to Pre-IPO company, JW has helped their clients on tax and financial issues and has also helped them grow their business.

In 2012, JW set a solid growth target, and they are proud to say that they have achieved it. They believe that even in challenging economic conditions, there are still good companies, and they'd love to share this idea with other CPA's.

Since JW started 30 years ago, the thing they have always cared most about is their employees. JW is a family, a platform for people to fulfill their dream. They believe happy employees bring happy customers and that partners, co-workers and customers can all benefit from a positive company culture. JW has less than a 3% employee turnover rate, differentiating it from other CPA firms which have an average employee turnover rate of 25%.

We became a B Corp because we were already aligned with B Corp values. Joining the B Corp movement makes us feel connected to the world. We want to be better, and we’ll never stop learning from the best. B Corp is a great idea, not only for business, but for the world. It’s time to be the change.

The Change We Seek®

Jia-Wei Co. seeks to change the accounting industry in Taiwan. They want to solve the problematic culture of overworking in the Taiwan accounting industry and make the accounting industry a place of work for life.

JW employees used to be overworked, but the company has since learned how they can make good profit without doing so. They have experience and know-how; it's time to be the change.

What makes us a better company?
