Job Title: New Business Development Representative
New Business Development Representatives are focused exclusively on high volume, inside sales: bringing in new accounts and new business for the Top Workplaces programs. Our specialists are tasked with reaching out to companies over the phone and via email to educate companies about the Top Workplaces program and its benefits, and turn these phone and email interactions into participants for the program.
Primary responsibilities include:
Achieve daily goal of making 65 – 85 calls per day about Top Workplaces programs in various regions across the US.
Work effectively within a fast paced environment.
Send mass emails to companies as directed.
Identify with WPD’s mission to help educate companies about participating in a Top Workplaces program.
Track daily productivity and correspondence with companies in Salesforce.
A self-motivated, go-getter with a ‘can do, make it happen’ attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional written / verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with senior level leaders
Telemarketing and/or inside sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and other business applications (e.g., Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>)
Salary and Benefits:
