About Percolate Galactic

There are over 6,000 languages on Earth and most of them are on Facebook. There are hundreds of different faiths and we all watch Star Wars. We live on different continents and we all take selfies. This is Global Youth. Smile. Percolate Galactic's staff are borderless agents of internet culture. The future is here and they are helping to write its story.

Founded in 2012 within the sprawling megacity of Jakarta, Indonesia, Percolate Galactic is a multidisciplinary creative agency devoted to serving Global Youth markets across the planet. They believe in a funnier, faster, smarter, and leaner approach to communicating ideas.

INNOVATIVE AS !#$%: Percolate Galactic creates for the sake of creating. They build for the sake of building. They work for the sake of making things suck less. Their team comes from four different countries, represent five different religious faiths, and have various levels of facial hair. They’re designers and engineers and writers and illustrators and internet creatures looking for our next Promethian fix.

ETHICAL AS !#$% Percolate Galactic operate on a flat management structure. They pay living wages. They are dedicated to creating a fair economic structure for Indonesian creators and creatives. They are nice to animals and the elderly and say please and thank you.

REASONABLE AS !#$% Their priorities are creating amazing things and making a decent living. They have no shareholders to report to, no account executives paid to wine-and-or-dine, no imposing office space to impress prospective clients or friends from high school. What you’re paying for is the work they do, and nothing else.

For Percolate Galactic, obtaining B Corp certification was a way to quantify the values that guide us through our work and our lives.

The Change We Seek®

FOR THEMSELVES, Percolate Galactic believes in a company where every team member is valued equally. Where the work you do adds value to your life. Where they celebrate successes and overcome failures as a team. Where none of us is as strong as all of us: in neon, on a blimp, forever.

FOR THEIR CLIENTS, Percolate Galactic believes in being an agency that delivers more than the client expects. They believe in acknowledging and respecting the responsibility that they are entrusted with. Their creativity is unique, their transparency is complete, their timetables are aggressive, their tolerance for waste and inefficiency is zero, and their office dog is fascinating.

FOR OUR SPECIES, Percolate Galactic wants a world that lives up to its potential. The 21st century is shaping up to be a fascinating age of technological madness and cultural wonder, but we're still mired in bigotry, inequality, and a short-sighted belief that problems should always be solved eventually rather than now. Their goal is to use all of their talents, all of their brains, and all of their time to create an overarching narrative that demands a better world, now. Because anything less is unacceptable.

What makes us a better company?
