With advancements in technology and society, people start to demand a better and more convenient life style. For example, they start to fight for equal treatment on break-times, salary and welfare. Yet there are still many who still endanger our mother Earth. Even worse, these harmful effects might be irreversible. T-global’s founders have recognized this.

Therefore, they decided that doing the right and friendly thing for their environment, employees and society was fundamental to their work - even if it only touches a small part of the world. They realized that chasing profits, but abandoning our environment, society and employees, is not a responsible way to lead a company. So they committed to maintaining the balance between the benefit on economic success, social responsibility, and aim to become the best manufacture in thermal fields in the world.

Becoming B Corp certified was a major milestone for T-Global, but also a chance to see where they can improve and how to adjust their direction to address even more areas.
