About The Change Collective

The Change Collective is a consultancy firm that focuses on new ways of organizing. They operate in the field of strategy, leadership, organizational development and strategic behavioral change.

Let’s change the world. One organization at the time.

This is our motto. As consulting firm we help companies make the transformation to ‘new ways of organizing’ every day. Topics like becoming purpose driven, driving added value for the broader society, practicing servant leadership and self-management are mostly part of this transformation.

But how can we give insights to others on these profound topics and beliefs if we do not practice them ourselves? So we decided that our own company should reflect what we believe organizations could and should all look like in the (near) future. Partly because this is simply what we believe works, partly to inspire our customers and partly to learn from the challenges along the way.

Therefore we are proud that we have become a Certified B Corporation®. That we lead by example by living our values every day.

Be the change you want to see in the world!

What makes us a better company?
