Bucarretes S.A.S. BIC es una empresa colombiana, manufacturera de madera. Nos enfocamos en fabricación de embalajes de madera (carretes). Tenemos el Propósito influir positivamente en todos los puntos y actores de la cadena de valor y nuestros pilares de Sostenibilidad empresarial son: la mejora continua, innovación, economía circular y regeneración. Innovamos y patentamos un método y cámaras de secado de madera y productos orgánicos, que incluye secado de café. Incorporamos a la industria especies maderables nativas de rápido crecimiento, las que compramos directamente a comunidades campesinas con vocación agroforestal. Actualmente, adelantamos un proyecto de reforestación de 74 hectáreas para garantizar carbononeutralidad y la producción sostenible de carretes en el plazo de 8 años. Innovamos en un sistema constructivo para dar disposición final a madera recuperada de la industria, también la usamos para combustión por pirolisis, logrando como residuo final biochar. En Bucarretes, producimos con energía fotovoltaica y cosechamos agua lluvia. Aplicamos un modelo de gestión productiva, basado en la Minga indígena, que permite compartir utilidades con nuestros colaboradores. En Colombia somos Negocio Verde y Sociedad de Bienestar e Interés colectivo.
