Oak Bay Luxury Getaway is a short term rental showcased on the Airbnb platform. We promote and offer a Sustainable Tourism vacation rental experience. We are located in an UNESCO Designated Biosphere known as the Georgian Bay Biosphere and are a part of the largest freshwater archipelago in the world. We are 1.5 hours north of Toronto, located in Port Severn, Muskoka, Ontario Canada. Up to 8 guests can experience travel that they can feel good about by working with a host the promotes composting, reducing food waste and packaging, and encourages guests to plan ahead to reduce if not eliminate their own carbon footprint. Dogs are welcome. The location is a corner lot with many intentionally planted trees, natural granite landscaping, pollinator gardens, gazebo's, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and beautiful décor. This location supports local art, growers, producers, sustainable furniture, a Peloton, and an Electric Vehicle level 2 charger. We are located in a golf course community known as Oak Bay Golf and Marina. We are direct partners with the only Golf Course as they are the only course in the Country that is certified as a Bee City. They plant annually thousands of pounds of wildflowers in protected areas to support bees and other pollinators.
