Cause Strategy Partners has extensive experience partnering with local, regional and national foundations; Fortune 500 corporate social responsibility and HR/talent teams; and nonprofit boards of directors, chief executives and staff leaders.

Cause Strategy Partners' signature program, BoardLead, recruits and places earlier- and mid-career professionals from Fortune 500 companies on the boards of impactful nonprofit organizations. Cause Strategy Partners exists to build, strengthen and support the social good sector. We believe passionately in supporting causes that are making a difference, and we give away 10% of our profits each year to nonprofit organizations with powerful solutions addressing pervasive societal challenges. We became a Certified B Corporation as a natural outgrowth of our deep commitment to community.
