To achieve its mission of making high quality legal services accessible to all, NOVAlex offers one hour of legal services on a pro bono basis to eligible low-income individuals, non-profit organizations and promising start-ups for every hour of paid legal services provided to its business clients.

At NOVAlex, we elected to seek the B Corp certification as a way to help measure the social impact we generate within our local community but also to be inspired by other member organizations who are changing the way business is done on a daily basis. Our commitment to giving back, sustainability, transparency and accountability to both our team and our clients has been at the heart of our venture since its inception. We hope to transform the legal industry through our unique and innovative model.
