About Charter School Business Management Inc.

Charter School Business Management’s mission is to empower charter schools with financial knowledge and services to achieve and maintain fiscal viability. They manage clients' financial responsibilities - accounting, budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, forecasting and audit preparation - on their behalf. They also professionally develop their clients regarding best business management practices.

1 in 7 charter schools are shut down. 80% of these were due to financial mismanagement, while only 20% were closed due to academics. Their vision is one day ALL charter schools will be fiscally viable.

When we learned about the concept of B Corps, companies willingly becoming certified to meet rigorous social and environmental standards, we were immediately drawn to join this community of like-minded organizations. We have always believed and operated according to the premise that how we do business really matters and it felt like the B Corps concept was really a description of us. We also joined to learn new and different ways to improve individually and collectively as a team.

The Change We Seek®

Charter School Business Management wants to see charter schools that are no longer shut down due to financial mismanagement. Instead, they are empowered by precise books and informative forecasts that lead to invaluable insights and student achievement.
