About Dolphin Blue

Dolphin Blue's business goal is to provide ecologically sustainable products for use in home and business. They are an on-line retailer of paper products, tableware, children’s toys, pet products, remanufactured toner cartridges, calendars, envelopes, garden products and much more. Their mission is: To serve as your trusted source of the world’s most environmentally and socially responsible products - to assure your well being and a healthy, sustainable planet.

Today, it is virtually impossible to tell the difference between virgin materials and quality post-consumer recycled materials. In order to make it onto Dolphin Blue's virtual "shelves," a product must be made of at least 20% post-consumer recycled materials and made in the USA. In addition, they favor products that come from sources that are certified for sustainability, particularly in their papers. 100% post-consumer recycled, Forest Stewardship Council certified, processed chlorine free, made carbon neutral or carbon plus with renewable energy - these are all characteristics that determine whether a product makes it into their online catalog.

Dolphin Blue's home and garden products are non-toxic and are sustainably made. From pet supplies to children's toys to cleaning products, customers can be assured they are getting products that help to make their environment, and the earth's environment, healthier and more sustainable.

Dolphin Blue also has a site for healthy bedding and mattresses that are made with non-toxic materials and made for a healthier night’s sleep: Natural Healthy Bedroom by Dolphin Blue There you will find bedding products made in the USA with sustainable materials that are free of harmful chemicals so you can live a healthier life on a healthier planet.

We became a B Corp because it is the mission of Dolphin Blue to make sure that the next generation is better off than ours. Being a B Corp allows us to codify, protect, and pass this mission along.

The Change We Seek

Dolphin Blue's goal is to assure that every piece of paper, every scrap of plastic, every shard of metal that has been conscientiously recycled by a consumer is utilized in a positive, sustainable manner through the production of post-consumer recycled goods.

To assure that they reach their goal, they create markets for these materials wherever possible, allowing sustainable production and resource utilization as well as responsible consumption.

Everyone can do business and live in a manner that conserves our natural resources. Dolphin Blue conducts their business in a manner that respects the natural world; they ask their customers to do the same, while assisting them in doing so.

What makes us a better company?
