About Thrive Impact Sourcing

Thrive Impact Sourcing prepares motivated and curious adults who are unemployed or in low-wage jobs for life-changing careers as IT professionals, and they create on-ramps to businesses in need of their talents.

Thrive Impact Sourcing seeks to end poverty in their region by pioneering an Urban Impact Sourcing model which is a sourcing strategy to create high-quality job opportunities for an untapped talent pool in low-employment, urban areas. They accomplish this by partnering with an IT Training organization to provide individuals access to free training. Successful graduates of the training program are employed by Thrive as Software Testers in our Urban Outsourcing Center where they receive on-going mentorship from senior IT professionals.

Using this model, they bring a competitive and competent pool of local IT talent to the marketplace that boosts predictable and routine quality assurance and data transformation work so your specialists can focus on higher value tasks.

We became a B Corp to join a community of like-minded businesses where our combined efforts will redefine success in business. By making a public declaration that we are committed to using our business as a force for good holds, our team is held accountable to honoring the values and mission as a company.

The Change We Seek®

Thrive seeks to inspire more companies to consider a viable, for-benefit business model with people, planet, and profit being equally considered and valued. Building momentum for this impactful way of doing business will achieve results to the benefit of stakeholders and communities; solving real societal challenges.

  • Thrive partners with a non-profit, IT Training provider to offer access to free training opportunities to unemployed and low-wage workers and then offers full-time positions as Software Quality Analysts upon successful completion of the training.
  • Employees are offered salaries with full Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, PTO, Paid Volunteer Time-Off (PVTO), and Advanced Training opportunities.
  • New Analysts are led by Senior IT Professionals with a passion for mentoring.
