About Traction on Demand

Traction is a CRM consulting and software development firm with unparalleled expertise in implementations, data quality and marketing automation. Traction streamlines business processes by bending cloud-based technologies around business users. The enemy is redundancy. The results: Traction removes barriers to success and ultimately increases customers’ bottom line through sales, marketing, services and operational alignment.

More time to play. It's not a slogan. It is not going to change. It is not for the sake of Traction’s brand or any other superficial means. It is however, principally what Traction stands for. Personally and professionally. Traction’s purpose and mission. The very thread that holds the team together and helps derive meaning from work. Traction is a collection of people linked together by the common desire to do more with less. To accomplish simple tasks with little effort and complex tasks with marginally more. To eliminate redundant workflows, conversations and maximize time. To embrace accuracy. To facilitate friend's, colleague's and the team’s own desire to do more with the one finite thing in life, time.

Traction is a company that is built on six founding values. Create ConnectionsPursue OpportunitySeek Adventures and SmilesBuild CommunityHealthy Hearts and Minds, and Do the Right Thing. These values drive Traction’s everyday business practices and have contributed to the creation of a company that believes itself to be a community above all else.

Traction’s passion for conscious capitalism led us to B Corp and the B Corp community inspired us even further. The power to create positive change seems incremental when a community of companies band together. We’re proud that no changes were needed to qualify as a B Corp, but we understand it doesn’t end there and we look to further improve our company and inspire others to do the same.

The Change We Seek®

Too often company values are no more than marketing slogans, where preaching and practice are misaligned. Tractionites are insistent on living and operating by a set of values. Values that the team is proud to uphold. Values that are hung on the wall not as art, but as an everyday reminder of why we’re here. Traction seeks to support and improve companies that are living and operating by a similar set of values and at the same time inspire others to make the changes that will provide purpose beyond profit. This change comes with the realization that people deal with people, not the companies they work for. Actual results and benefits must be realized, not just talked about to win a new client. Tractionites have fun tackling large and difficult problems and laugh as much as possible. This is what Traction provides to its clients. This is the change Traction seeks.
