Teresa Carles Healthy Foods is formed today by an around-300-people team, 8 restaurants and a 6.500m2 facility which includes a central kitchen, a 1.800m2 greenhouse and an R&D lab where their product development team, led by the chef and co-founder Teresa Carles herself, work hard to use healthy food as a force of change, to improve people's quality of life and make the world a healthier, happier and more sustainable place.
