B Lab Global team members sit in various locales around the world, often co-located with teams from our network of B Lab and Sistema B partner organizations. We’re all working from our homes through March 2022 as we continue to monitor local, national, and international public health guidance. See below for our current openings.

Our commitment to anti-racism

In June 2020, we released our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization. We’ve embarked on a learning journey consisting of education on anti-Black racism and other forms of global oppression while centering justice in our work. Our commitment, written by Dr. Ellonda L. Williams, Director of the Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion team at B Lab, states that:

As B Lab Global staff members are located all around the world — Australia, Brazil, Chile, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US — specific employee benefits do vary depending on the country; however, all staff are entitled to the following benefits:
