Un nouveau modèle de résidence étudiante, bienveillant et durable qui met tout en oeuvre pour que les étudiantes et étudiants puissent se concentrer à s’épanouir et réussir. Nous réhabilitons des immeubles vétustes pour les transformer en lieux de vie uniques pour les étudiants : Valorisation de l’obsolète : les immeubles acquis étaient vacants et vétustes depuis plusieurs années, en plein hypercentre de villes en forte pénurie de logements étudiants. Réhabilitation : nous privilégions la rénovation et la revalorisation de bâtiments existants, plutôt que la construction neuve, sans artificialisation des sols. Travaux : au-delà de la réalisation d’analyses de cycle de vie (ACV), nos projets atteignent des performances énergétiques 3 à 4 fois supérieures à l’état d’origine. Densification vertueuse : notre conception réduit drastiquement la consommation électrique par habitant, tout en améliorant la qualité de vie des étudiants grâce à des services adaptés et un design unique. Notre proposition aux étudiants : plus de confort, plus de bien être, plus de collectif, moins de charge mentale, moins de barrières.
